This family of 6-1/2 digit DMMs plug into any PXI or CompactPCI Chassis. It has all
the functionality and performance expected of a high quality bench top DMM,and a lot more.
The 41-200-044 adds frequency,timing,capacitance,Peak-to-Peak AC and temperature,
as well as event counting, external triggering and programmable level trigger. It can also
measure Inductance, and force/guard 6-wire Ohms, for measuring resistance networks and
resistors in circuit. Leakage is measured with a built in programmable voltage. It also adds,
resistance measurements up-to 1,000 MOhms.Several built in sources;DCV,ACV and DCI
are fully programmable with variable level and frequency. Practically a built in calibrator.
