The products are not available through our European Distributors or Agents who may have separate commercial arrangements with third party suppliers.
The products are sold by Pickering Interfaces but support is direct from the third party vendor and subject to our terms and conditions (see bottom of this page). |

European Third Party Products Terms and Conditions
The products subject to these terms are supplied as a service by Pickering Interfaces where a customer wishes to purchase the listed products from a single vendor. The vendors of the third party products listed are aware of and have agreed to allow Pickering Interfaces to resell these products.
Payment terms are subject to Pickering Interfaces standard terms and conditions, any variance must be agreed at the time of order.
All support and warranty costs will be through the third party vendor, Pickering Interfaces does not directly support these products.
Pickering Interfaces is not responsible for ensuring that the supplied products are suited to the application that the customer has purchased them for.
Pickering Interfaces will procure the products from an authorized dealer in the third party product.
Pickering Interfaces is not responsible for the consequences of any delivery delays caused by the third party not being able to deliver to their stated delivery times.
The integration of the products into a system is the responsibility of the customer and not Pickering Interfaces unless otherwise agreed at the time of order. If an integration service is provided it is subject to separate costs and the extent of the integration service provided must be precisely defined in the order to avoid any misunderstandings. Pickering Interfaces only provides a very limited integration service, typically limited to a mechanical installation in a chassis, and this service level available may be dependent on the Pickering Interface office used to supply the equipment.
Pickering Interfaces will not conduct a functional or any other test of the product prior to delivery.
The user agrees to the terms and conditions of the third party vendor. |
