Pickering Interfaces will provide support for all its products throughout their manufacturing life. When a product is discontinued from manufacture, support will continue for five years for spares and repairs, thereafter support is on a best effort basis.
Operating manuals for Pickering products typically contain a list of spares and their manufacturers part numbers. Replacements can be purchased either from Pickering Interfaces or from the original manufacturer.
If a manufactured part becomes obsolete Pickering will normally provision a limited quantity of service spares that will meet the expected needs for service support. In some cases we may suggest alternative parts that will perform the same function in the product with minimal modification.
Products will also contain parts manufactured by Pickering such as metalwork, sub assemblies and programmed devices. We are committed to supplying such parts for the entire life of the product provided the source materials continue to be available.
