Product Description

Two versions of the 7½ digit DMM are available and both plug into any PCI motherboard. Both have all the functionality and performance expected of high quality bench top DMMs, and a lot more. Both versions feature external triggering and programmable level trigger. The 51-210-064 version provides additional capability to measure Offset Ohms, make RTD Temperature measurements, supports Thermocouples (8 types) and provides frequency, timing, capacitance and temperature measurements, as well as event counting. The 51-210-064 version also measures Peak-to-Peak AC, Inductance, and provides a force/guard 6-wire Ohms capability for making in-circuit resistance measurements. Leakage current can be measured using an in-built programmable voltage source. Resistance measurements to 1,000M? can be performed.
