    Product Description
    The 60-551 is a high density single pole Matrix Module suitable for signal routing in large ATE systems. It is easily expanded further to produce larger matrix sizes, for instance, two 512x4 units can be linked to create a 1024x4 matrix. The 60-551 has an identical architecture to the 60-550 but has a 8-wire instead of an 4-wire Y-bus.
    The matrix is constructed from 64x4 sub assemblies, permitting the matrix to be supplied in a variety of sizes from 128 to 512 X connections in increments of 64.
