Pickering Interfaces is able to provide support for all its
products throughout their manufacturing life. When a product
is discontinued from manufacture support will continue for
5 years for spares and repairs. Thereafter support is on a
best effort basis.
Operating manuals for Pickering Interfaces products typically
contain a list of spares and their manufacturers part numbers.
Replacements can be purchased either from Pickering Interfaces
or from the original manufacturer.
If a manufactured part becomes obsolete Pickering Interfaces
will normally provision a limited quantity of service spares
that will meet the expected needs for service support. In
some cases we may suggest alternative parts that will perform
the same function in the product with minimal modification.
Products will also contain parts manufactured by Pickering
Interfaces such as metalwork, sub assemblies and programmed
devices. Pickering Interfaces are committed to supplying
such parts for the entire life of the product provided the
source materials continue to be available.

If you have a module that you would like Pickering Interfaces
to quote for repair out of warranty please e mail the product
order code, nature of the fault and approximate age (if
known) to this address: repairs@pickeringtest.com.

please e mail the product order code, date of delivery and
nature of the fault to warranty@pickeringtest.com
and we will advise how we will deal with the repair. Alternatively
