Understanding the Diagnostic Report

Included in the installation of Pickering low level drivers pipx40 and pilpxi is a diagnostic utility that can help to diagnose problems with the PXI hardware and software on your PC. This utility is located in the Pickering installation folder, normally C:\Pickering\Diag.

If you are unable to identify the problem, the diagnostic report may be sent to the Pickering support team who will be able to inspect the report and in most cases will be able to offer advice on the cause of the problem and the means to rectify it.
