The Compensation Block is a accessory specifically designed for the 41-760 and 41-761 Millivolt Thermocouple Simulator modules. This block will give the user the temperature of the front panel junction of the module to cabling. This data can then be combined with other factors, temperature on the other end of the cable for example, to compensate the thermocouple hence increase the accuracy.
The compensation block is designed with four high precision (max +/-0.5ºC) and resolution (up to +0.0625ºC) temperature sensors laid out in four sections, with minimum conductance between sections, aims to give the user the temperature on different channels in different sections.
If no specifications are present, please see the product datasheet in this section.
