High-Voltage LXI Matrix Modules
Our high-voltage LXI matrices are ideal for applications where a simple start-up process is needed and for applications requiring control over large distances.
Two types of high-voltage matrices are available:
- 2-pole 75x4 matrix modules with one, two or three separate 75x4 matrices housed in the same case (model 60-311) . Capable of cold switching 750VDC continuous with a carry current of 2A plus higher pulse conditions e.g. typically 1000VDC for 1s with low duty cycle or 6A for 200us with <1% Duty Cycle. Front panel Loop-Thru connections allow a 75x4 matrix to be easily expanded to an adjacent matrix in the same case. Also, expansion can be carried out between 60-311 matrices in separate cases.
- 2-pole matrix modules available in 300x2, 200x2 and 100x2 formats (model 60-310). Capable of cold switching 1000VDC and has a maximum carry current of 1A – they are designed for high voltage applications including circuit board isolation testing, relay testing, semiconductor breakdown monitoring and cable harness insulation testing.
Select modules are supported by our eBIRST Switching System Test Tools, these tools provide a quick and simple way of finding relay failures within LXI, PCI and PXI switch systems.
