Repair Policies for Pickering Switch and Simulation Products

All repairs of Pickering Interfaces products are on a return to factory basis. Repairs out of the standard 3-year warranty period are charged solely on the actual parts and labor required, not on a standard or fixed fee or list price percentage basis. However, we realize that many customers need a price to start the return process, for this reason we offer a few different price options for you to start with.

Pickering Interfaces offer three types of service returns, these include:

Remember, these prices are based on a typical repair fee, it is our policy to charge only for the work required for each individual repair.

You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Pickering prior to returning any products for repair. 

You can obtain RMA numbers by completing our RMA form here or by contacting your local office.

Products serviced and repaired out of the standard 3-year warranty period, carry a 90-day warranty.
