LXI 高密度矩阵

我们的LXI高密度矩阵模块有单刀和双刀两种类型,包含众多的规格,包括更具灵活性的双模拟总线版本。这些高密度矩阵是在大型自动测试设备(ATE)系统中进行信号路由的理想之选,并且也很适用于要求启动过程简单和需要远程控制的应用。

其中部分模块可通过我们的 诊断测试工具,内置继电器自诊断BIRST和eBIRST开关系统检测工具进行检测,这些工具为在LXI、PCI和PXI开关系统中查找继电器故障提供了快速简单的方法。  我们所有的LXI矩阵均按照 LXI 1.4标准 进行设计,并且可以选配多种 线缆和连接器附件。我们还承诺提供 标准的三年质保服务
