The History of Pickering

Pickering has been in switching technology since 1968, when Pickering Electronics introduced its first reed relays. Since their introduction, Pickering's relays have been implemented by most major test and measurement.

In 1988, Pickering Interfaces was formed, introducing its first modular switching systems. Since then, we have been designing and manufacturing modular signal switching and instrumentation for electronic testing and simulation. Today, with 1,000+ modules available, our products are specified in test systems installed worldwide.

1968

John Moore starts Pickering Electronics to design and manufacture high-quality reed relays for use by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in switching systems.
