All repairs of Pickering Interfaces products are on a return to factory basis. Repairs out of the standard 3-year warranty period are charged solely on the actual parts and labor required, not on a standard or fixed fee or list price percentage basis. However, we realize that many customers need a price to start the return process, for this reason, we offer a few different price options for you to start with.
These prices are based on a typical repair fee; it is our policy to charge only for the work required for each repair.
You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Pickering before returning any products for repair. You can obtain RMA numbers by emailing [email protected], filling out our contact us form (please make sure the purpose field is set to Support) or by contacting your local office.
Products serviced and repaired out of the standard 3-year warranty period, carry a 90-day warranty.
