LXI Microwave Switch, 12xSPDT-T (40GHz), 8xSPDT-T (18GHz) Plus Power Dividers

Overview

Model 60-891-021 is a mixed configuration LXI Microwave Switch and is suitable for switching 50Ω signals up to 40GHz. With 12 banks of terminated SPDT relays rated to 40GHz and 8 banks of SPDT terminated relays rated to 18GHz, it is ideal for constructing complex microwave switching systems for many applications. For additional functionality three power dividers are also provided, one 4-port (1-26.5GHz), one 8-port (2-18GHz) and one 8-port (18-40GHz). The unit connection is by high-performance front panel mounted SMA connectors.

Controlling the Switch

This LXI Microwave Switch is controlled through an LXI interface based on 1000Base-T Ethernet. This provides a quick and easy method of installation. It also provides a simple way of controlling it at a remote location through its API or built in soft front panel. The ability to control the unit at a distance aids the testing of systems without the need for a physical presence.
